What Makes a Report Actually Personalized

A lot of reports labeled "personalized" just swap a sign name into an otherwise identical paragraph everyone with that sign receives. That's customization, not personalization, and the difference matters more than it sounds like it should.

Real Personalization Needs More Than a Birth Date

A genuinely personal reading starts with exact birth data, date, time, and place, not just a Sun sign. Two people born on the same day can have entirely different Moon signs, Rising signs, and house placements depending on the year, time, and location, which means their charts, and their reports, should look meaningfully different from each other.

It should also connect placements to each other instead of listing them separately. A report that explains Mercury in isolation and Venus in isolation is still closer to a template than one that notices what happens when a fast-talking Mercury placement sits next to a slow-to-open Venus placement, and explains the tension between them specifically.

The honest test is simple: could this exact paragraph have been written for someone else born the same day in a different city, at a different time? If yes, it's a template with the name changed. If the reading depends on the specific combination of placements in that one chart, it's actually personal.
