Rahu (North Node): Obsession, Innovation, and Desires
Rahu is not a planet. It’s a point in the sky where the Moon’s path crosses the Sun’s path. But in Vedic astrology, Rahu has enormous influence. It’s where you’re obsessed, where you go to extremes, and where you innovate.
Rahu (the North Node in Western astrology) represents unfulfilled desires, foreign things, and experiences you’ve never had before. It’s what you’re drawn to precisely because it’s unfamiliar.
If the Moon is your comfort zone, Rahu is everywhere outside it. Some people find this terrifying. Others find it magnetic. Both are true—Rahu is both fascinating and destabilizing.
